can you try to close and reopen the game? See if you can progress?

I’m having the same issue. I’ve closed out of the game, I’ve reset the system, I’m still stuck. It reappears once, it hit the prompt for BD to start the splice and Cal just says, “you okay BD” or some iteration. The prompt disappears and the cycle of restarting begins again.
