Hi @LaunchPad61, To confirm the items that come with the Deluxe edition (the "New Hero" and "Galatic Hero" cosmetic packs) are only accessible on the PS5 or Xbox Series X.

If you purchased the deluxe edition and have duel entitlements, where you can play on an Xbox One or an Xbox Series X. You will need to play on the Series X to access those packs. As they are technically separate version of Jedi Survivor.

Playing on the Xbox One version will not have them. Thanks!

So then why is there a deluxe pack to buy on regular xbox and one for x/s if the regular one isnt usable it's on sale too so I just bought a useless pack sounds about right from this company

I did the exact same thing, I contacted Xbox to refund it and told them it’s basically a scam as we have to buy the newer gen game as well as the upgrade. Just gotta wait for Microsoft to refund me the money now
