Summarize your bug I am unable to access the gate that you normally go through to get to Moldy Depths. Normally you tame the Bogling before the point to which you attach the rope becomes available, but this is not the case for me. I cannot get down there in normal ways.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Tame the Bogling as soon as you can. Attempt to attach the pulley/rope to the attachment point.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am unable to make 100% progress on Koboh as the area in which you slide down to is marked as unexplored.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to attach the rope to the attachment point and proceed through the gate as normal.

I have seen a few other people online complaining about the exact same issue; they are also unable to reach 100% completion on Koboh.
