@Almhufi Hey man, I had a problem where I crashed in the dagan cutscene, and the once open door was shut, and I could not progress. Some guy found the fix  for that on reddit, worked for me and it's super easy. This is the reddit post:

Never mind, I found a fix!!!

Just go to the meditation point in the tower, meditate, and quit the game. After that, instead of pressing, continue, select load game. Now the door will open 🙂
