Repeated crashes during Koboh Observatory Dagan Gera fight

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug Repeated crashes on reaching the Dagan Gera boss fight at the Koboh Observatory, Grand Oculus - unable to complete the boss fight due to persistent crashes. Even beat the boss once and the crashed afterwards and progress was not saved. Crashes seem to occur more often when skipping the mini-cutscenes during the boss fight. I have tried reparing and reinstalling game files to no avail.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Reach area/phase of game where fighting Dagan Gera in the Koboh Observatory.
What happens when the bug occurs? During boss fight or in period immediately after game repeatedly crashes.
What do you expect to see? No crashes, able to progress normally and progress is autosaved on beating the boss.

As described above. Unable to progress Dagan Gera boss fight at Koboh Observatory due to repeated crashes.

    Same problem for me. Whenever I try to fight him right before I can even move the game crashes.

    Same here. and it doesn’t save so u gotta go through a bunch of exposition bs over and over. Worst is I actually get to the end of the fight each time so I’ve beat him like 5 times now. This game is so * frustrating I hate EA with such a fiery passion man.

    Is there a way to report bugs and/or is this a reported active bug for the game? I have tried upwards of 10 times and keep crashing at about the halfway point I believe right before going into a 3rd phase.
