If you haven't already can we try the following?
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Yeah, sorry. Had to report you for how insulting and condescending you are. Try to at least help out instead of providing clearly sarcastic comments. The issue is well known and you continue to pretend like it's a user based issue and that it's just all magically coincidental that all these users are having issues. It's incredibly rude and condescending. I hope your ability to post further insulting comments like this is removed

Since there are so many complaints about slow downloads, there is no need to give tips on what to do with our machines, since it is not by chance that downloading this application alone is slow on so many machines. Let's think logically in IT! Do something with your servers! Look around the internet, people complain about this everywhere. It is logical (I think) that until I can log into the application, I cannot tell if it is currently doing this with other games. We can tell you that so far there have been no problems with this, multi-gigabyte games download in seconds, but a client (I think not 30 GB!!!) takes ridiculously much longer.
