Scavenger bot priorite shard bug

I’m still stuck with the last priorite shard missing for the platinum. A scavenger bot in Koboh in respawning every time I enter the zone without dropping the priorite shard I need. I’ve seen that it’s not a new thing and a lot of people suffer from this. I would like to know if someone has found a solution or if EA is at least trying to fix this **bleep**
