Serious bug when pursuing Bode

Same issue happened to me as well. I am on Xbox series x. Please EA fix this bug I’ve put over 30 hours into the game and don’t want to restart.

I need help otherwise I have to start a new game

@abenschy34  Where are you stuck on the map (please post a screenshot), and what happens if you quit without saving?

There is a door there that won’t open ajd doesn’t need any force abilities and I tried restarting unfortunately I already went to a meditation point to see if I could fast travel back and now it resets me to there 

@abenschy34  Thanks for the screenshot.  Unfortunately, I don't think the other door would open either, even if you went the long way around.

The only thing I can think of is that if your save data hasn't been synced yet, you might be able to download an older version of this save from cloud storage.  I'm not good with console-specific issues, so you'd be better off finding a good guide for XBox than listening to me.  But it's possible that there's an older save on your system or in the cloud that you can revert to.

Other than that, maybe wait a couple days to see if the next patch from EA fixes this.  I haven't seen other reports of exactly your issue, but there are two other long bug threads about respawning in an incorrect location in the same overall sequence of events, where the player can't progress because they're locked out of the correct location.  A fix for those might be more general and help you too.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On pursue bode objective, go up the elevator and outside.
What happens when the bug occurs? You’re stuck outside with no way back in. No bd-1 and you can’t fast travel.
What do you expect to see? For y’all to open the doors to Ceres base, or make it where you can fast travel. Just please fix this already.

Same issue, spent 2 hours looking for a way back in. 

I'm now trying to recover old save files to see if I can "go back in time".

Summarize your bug Purse Bode - stuck outside the Jedha Base, can not fast travel, no BD-1. I went outside, as Cal, during the "pursue Bode" mission and am now locked out of the base and cannot get back inside. I've tried 2 different entrances and the doors won't open, no mechanism to open doors from the outside. Fast travel is greyed out. I've spent 2 hours trying to find a way back in to the mission marker, where the Mantis is, inside the Jedha Base
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When starting the "pursue Bode" mission after he goes rogue, go outside of the base and into Jedha
What happens when the bug occurs? Stuck. Cannot progress
What do you expect to see? That I could continue on the mission

Summarize your bug Bug: Locked out of Cere’s Archive during Bode’s Pursuit - stuck out in desert before chase begins.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Planet: Jedha, Cere’s Archive. Stuck in Arid Flats.
What happens when the bug occurs? Locked out of Cere’s Archive during “Bode’s Pursuit” objective. After the cut scene, Cal goes to chase Bode to the speeder bikes. I took a wrong turn and ended up outside of the hide out. Because the hide out is in lock down mode, I cannot get back inside to complete the objective. I accidentally saved over my previous save so I wasn’t able to just restart from my last point.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to get back inside Cere’s Archive to complete the objective of pursuing Bode.

Summarize your bug Glitched out of Jedda temple during a main quest, Can not progress.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Its during the mission where Bode kills Cordova and you are running after him i saved it outside the temple and now can not get back in to Jedda temple to continue the quest. The door to the archive is open but as i approach the door it keeps bugging and locking me out. this is completely a game breaking bug iv nearly 100 hours and was almost finished the game and now im stuck i cant even open my map. I want this fixed right now this is crazy if not i want a refund TODAY i did not pay for a broken game. Such a huge problem should be fixed long ago as iv seen on many pages this has happened to a lot of people.
What happens when the bug occurs? Explained above. Doors in to the Archive on Jedda glitch and lock during the Chase Bode quest making it impossible to continue, game breaking bug like iv never seen before also i cant even fast travel im just stuck.. Its Crazy.
What do you expect to see? To continue the mission and get back in to the archive and tat the doors dont glitch and i can open my map again so i can chase Bode and continue the game.

if this is not fixed today i want a full refund. I did not pay 90 euro for a broken game and its wasted 90 hours of my life i am so angry about this.
