Shattered Moon Meditation Point Soft Crash

Summarize your bug On the second visit to the Shattered Moon (and i mean literally right after the cutscene before landing), using the meditation point on The Mantis, I can open the skills menu. When I try to leave and play the game, the screen fades to black, the there's a weird powering down noise, and then nothing. The game doesn't load anything.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? During the second visit to the Shattered Moon (after the Lucherhulk section), go to the meditation point on the Mantis. Open the Skills menu and then exit.
What happens when the bug occurs? The screen fades to black, there's a weird powering down noise, and then nothing happens. Nothing gets loaded, and (according to Task Manager) it's basically a soft crash.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be loaded back to the meditation menu so I can exit and continue playing the game
