Singing Ruins Double Doors

hello i got stuck in singing ruins and have still not found a way out of the double doors, I play in pc and am trying to find a way to get out, if anyone could tell me ways that arent patched i would be gratefull thanks. 

I have tried a lot of ways still havent managed to get out, been at this for at least 3 days, if someone knows any method please help.

I dont know if it is possible but can i just use my last save file?  If that works i would be gratefull for some help.
