Slow update/ repair speed, stuck update, PC/EA App

Like everyone, the game required me to free 130Gb of space to patch. Fine, I did it, but then the patch which is ridiculously small (1.38GB) is downloading at impossibly slow speeds. My normal s...

Alright I give up...

I'm uninstalling the game completely and reinstalling it through the EA App... Speeds are at 110 mbps.

I uninstalled the entire game and now I am reinstalling. Hope this fixes it.

  This same issue, even at the same general 545MB has slowed to a rate of 0.. Did uninstalling and reinstalling do the trick?

    No. Now the silly thing won't finish downloading the game. it is stuck at 49 GB, and the transfer rate has dropped to 32 kb/s.

Mine is slowly and I mean SLOWLEY moving. I've gotten upto 545mb's. At a guess its server overload

  @TrulyMisterRJSame happens to me. Actually, my Disk usage goes from 400 mb/s to like, well, 0. But my CPU usage remains at 100%. I can't download properly, nor can I play something else.

Have the same issue, but stuck on 426.75 MB. It's not moving even a tiny bit since 45 minutes.
