    SOLVED: It seems the i7-14700 only supports speed memory Up to DDR5 5600 MT/s . The crash appeared setting the XMP profile at 7200 , with 5600 speed setting no crashed whatsoever

The 14700k supports much faster than 5600. Its only limited by the motherboard. Having to lower RAM speed is a bug in the game and not an issue with your hardware.
