Star Wars Jedi: Survivor - PS4 - CE-34878-0 error

Dear EA Support Team,

I am writing once again regarding the CE-34878-0 error with my Star Wars Jedi: Survivor game on PS4. Despite following all suggested troubleshooting steps and multiple attempts to contact you, I have not received any response. I would like to emphasize that this issue is affecting many players, not just me. This strongly indicates that the problem lies within the game itself. We, as players and customers, deserve a functioning game and clear communication from your team. Please provide an update on the status of this issue and any information on upcoming patches or fixes. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and support. Best regards,

Hey! I had the same issue for several days. I tried everything suggested too. Checked for updates, deleted the game, re-downloaded on external drive. Didn’t work. Deleted again, downloaded on the PS drive, didn’t work.

Then I checked the game’s application files and I saw that it created 5 files at the same time. “Save Game”, “backup”, “gamesavedata”, couple of them were created twice for some reason. So I deleted all and left only the biggest “SaveGame” file and one backup file. Restarted the system and the game started like a brand new game, but my saved game was there.
