@loopgoot79 Change the output device from controller to headset by clicking on the speaker symbol?

There is no other headset that comes up when i click speaker symbol

the only sound device i have is the headphones on my controller

is there any fix for this ?
is really bizarre - if i start the game, any sound through my ps5 controller does not play. i need to quit the game and reconnect my ps5 controller to the pc to start hearing sound again
it only happens with this game
every other game runs fine

    I had to set "Spatial sound" for my stereo speakers to "Windows Sonic for Headphones" and now voices of the characters are hearable.
    "Control Panel" - "Sound" - select "Playback" tab - select the sound device "Properties" - "Spatial sound"
