STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor Dual Sense Problems with sound

I hope someone can help me. I use the EA app on my PC. When I play STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor with the Dual Sense (PS5 controller), the sound usually doesn't work via the controller (e.g. when opening the minimap). It worked twice even though I didn't change anything. Does anyone know what I could do to make it always work?

    When i use my PS5 controller on PC, there is no sound that comes via the connected headphones

    there is sound in the first logo screen, but then the sound just turns off

    how to fix ?
