I hope someone can help me. I use the EA app on my PC. When I play STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor with the Dual Sense (PS5 controller), the sound usually doesn't work via the controller (e.g. when opening the minimap). It worked twice even though I didn't change anything. Does anyone know what I could do to make it always work?
Yes, this works, thank you! Unfortunately you have to turn on DualSenseX each time you start the game again.

i know this is an old thread BUT i found a solution that has been working for me! if you got the game via steam, go into the game and click on the little controller icon on the right between the gear icon and the information icon. when the controller settings open, click enable controller and close it then launch the game! the audio should be working now! :) you don’t have to download anything extra to get it working and you shouldn’t need to do this every time you want to play, just the one time!!
