Star Wars: Jedi Survivor won't launch

Hi,

System is GTX 1650 SUPER.

I have played the game multiple times, but suddenly it won't launch.

Reinstalled, and the problem persists, while always shutting down during "preparing game", and then going back to start.

Can I get a little help here?

Do you get an error message at all?

Also, when you have a moment can we try the following?

Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)

Verify the game in via your Steam library

Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues

Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again.

Hi,
Nope, no error messages, just around 10 secs of 'preparing game', then back to start.
I'm still running Windows 10, so could please clarify the wheres and the hows,
when it comes to the EA App, because I don't know how to open it in my version of apps.
All I have here is the size and the ability to erase it.
I'm currently re-downloading the game, (38% done), but i will get back to you on the above.

Hi,
Problem fixed.
It wasn't the game, I tried reinstalling the EA App, only I opted for the repair option, which did the trick.

I have the same problem, but on Xbox série X, it bring me back to the Xbox menu each time...
