Same problem here. MSI controller worked fine until the update, now the game cannot detect it at all.
I fired up It Takes Two today. The controller is broke. On that fame as well. I guess the EA app is effecting all EA games on Steam.
Did no one at EA test the update before shipping it?

To confirm does this for you on It Takes Two or Jedi Survivor?
Yes, both games. However if i disable Steam input on a system level the controller works fine, but of course, now i don’t see when achievements unlock and I can’t take screenshots, or access friends or message features.
