I am experiencing the exact same issue, and cannot find a fix…
I posted exact same problem 4 days go and found the solution.
Try this:
”I figured out the solution - beams/markers on the map crash the game.
I put some beams in random places (at first it wasn’t possible but I kept spamming X button) and deleted all of them. That fixed the mentioned problems. Crazy.”
I deleted all the beams by long pressing the X button.

(On PS5 Pro) I also had this issue during the “rescue Zee” mission in the Lucherhulk (sp?). Node wouldn’t fix an electric current while climbing and a grapple point wouldn’t prompt. I added a marker on the map and erased as you said, and which caused enemies to not appear. I re-added a single marker and the level seems to work fine now.
I hope this is helpful, and especially hope they fix these issues.
