Stuck in Lucrehulk

I accidentally went the wrong way at the Forward Control Tower meditation point - and missed interacting with Zee and the Dagan Gera fight - now I’m stuck in the Lucrehulk with no way back - squeezin...

    Just reporting that I managed to get out and progress the story - but I can’t describe The path I took. It was the result of going round and round and trying every possible pathway. 
    Eventually landed in the elevator that takes you up to the floors where the fight takes place. 
    I find navigation in this game extremely confusing; the map doesn’t help much. The only positive aspect of this was that I had 6 skill points by the time I finally got there, from fighting everyone over and over again….
