Stuck in pyloon's saloon - new journey+

I started a new game+ and when i got to the pyloons saloon the main doors to leave the building stopped opening, iv tried restarting the game multiple times but the doors still wont open. Im literally stuck in the saloon with no way out. I havent unlocked the saloons garden yet, so i cant jump off the building and neither can i fast travel..

The light above the doors stay red. Iv tried walking back and coming back to the door but nothing worked.

Iv also tried both of the saloons doors.

I think this has happened due to the latest update that came out today.
