Same error here, PS5 Pro too. It literally does nothing on that part of your screenshot. I dont know what to do....
Update
Fixed it with a comment from another Post.
- aggro any enemy and flee
- open the map
- place beacons on the map
- remove beacons with the remove all beacon feature
- rest somewhere
- enter the room in the tower in order to trigger the sequence
