Similar as above, but in my case I took the nearby elevator up to the crash site and the quest completed and the Mire Terror log was added to my tactical guide.  Enemy did not spawn when I went back down and entered the area where it should be.  Also on PS5

I did still get the Living Legend trophy on PS5 last night so it seems this doesn't effect the trophy.
