Similar as above, but in my case I took the nearby elevator up to the crash site and the quest completed and the Mire Terror log was added to my tactical guide.  Enemy did not spawn when I went back down and entered the area where it should be.  Also on PS5

I had the same thing happen to me. The enemy is still in my data logs, but he won't respawn in the designated area or anything. I can't get the trophy to pop.
