The low rendering resolution on PS5 is actively giving me a headache

I have to give it to this game, it's actually impressive how the low rendering resolution is giving me a headache. I played about an hour earlier around the Koboh village area (with the new patch ins...

Since Release and After the 2nd May Patch the game runs Fine but the Resolution isn’t running in 

4K on Quality Mode or 1440p on performance it’s running Less than 720p on Both. 

I’ve seen Games Look better on the switch.
