When will the pre-order "Hermit" bonuses finally be available for everyone?

Hi EA,

I think I speak for many players when I say it’s really disappointing that the pre-order exclusive content for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor — specifically the “Hermit” lightsaber, Hermit outfit, and blaster — is still not available for those who didn’t pre-order the game.

The game launched on April 28, 2023, so it’s been well over a year now. Many of us were hoping these bonuses would become purchasable or unlockable after a reasonable period, just like you did with Jedi: Fallen Order — at its one-year anniversary you made the pre-order bonuses available for everyone.

Can you please let us know when you plan to do the same for Survivor? Lots of players are asking for this — it feels unfair to lock these behind a pre-order wall forever, especially for completionists who want the full experience.
