3rd crew skill locked, can't purchase unlock, other accounts can use 3 skills

Hello there!

Since I can't submit a ticket in-game as a non-sub (who's idea was this?) I'm writing here so that either a player that's had this happen before...or an actual member of the SWTOR EA team can help out.

My main account can't use their 3rd crew skill, yet, my alts can just fine and when I go to "unlock" it with cartel coins (not that I want to anyway If my alts can use 3 -_-) it does nothing and I'm locked out of having using the skill.

Would a member of the SWTOR EA technical team be able to unlock the 3rd crew skill for me or help get this fixed, or is there a workaround to this?

I still have "access" to the button under the other skills but clicking on it does nothing
