Hey, 24 hours ago i returned to the game and instantly bought 60 Days Playtime, but Paypal or the SWTOR-Site got an error and bought it twice, so i am okay with it, then i play 120 Days, but it wont show in my Account or in Game, like i am a non-subscriber. Hopefully someone knows how to deal with this problem.

Hello, I've recently purchased a 60 Day subscription from the swtor website, and I have yet to receive the subscriber status. Four hours passed since the purchase and I am still Preferred. The Payment was successful but there is no change in game. Can Anyone help ?

Support are refunding the 60 day purchase once you sort the below
You need to reset the password on the linked EA account with the persona jangalol that account uses the same email that is on your swtor account
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

Hello, so sorry to bother you again... I've changed the password, I've made the purchase again in incognito mode, and still there was an error but the funds were deducted from paypal. The account is still not active. I will try to change the billing to my card and not use Paypal directly. Hopefully that will work ?
you just need to stick the swtor email into this link - https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword and reset that password
