"A Server Error Has Occurred" Can't Access Characters
Hi there!
I'm logging back onto an old account after a long time. I keep getting this error (see screenshot) when I try to get into the game. Could I please get help accessing my characters? I'm able to log onto my account just fine on the SWTOR website so I'm unsure what the problem is.
support have asked if you can call when the lines are open, the error message looks like a steam chargeback so needs to be resolved
