email from the email on the swtor account to support@swtor.com this is another way to make a ticket
but if you have a ticket in already, i would expect a response around 72 hrs

Seems you submitted a bug report they go directly to QA and they do not restore characters
if you are looking for a character restoration create another ticket not as a bug report, any other category is fine
- 5 years ago@proxos666 The bug report is to try and get someone to actually loom into the case. I cannot create any more tickets because of a toxic person in grou, and I won't lie I was a little upset at how I was being treated by this person. So I spammed reported him (I've came from WoW and we used to do a similar thing, toxic I know) but afterwards couldn't create a ticket. I'm tried calling the phone number and they have said that they couldn't do anything because 1, the tickets aren't on their side to fix because they can't do anything really. I've asked them to close the tickets at least. I've been told that I couldn't have that happen. Even as a subscriber, I can't have my tickets deleted via phone. When I emailed the customer support on Friday, and got a response yesterday.
