Account Banned

My entire SWTOR/ EA account was canceled due to my bank requested a cartel coin purchase be refunded because I did not receive the coins after waiting for 2 days before contacting EA. Somehow EA too...

    @Wieva001 

    If Needing refunds always contact/call swtor support to arrange the refund.

    chargebacks always result in an immediate account ban for both the linked ea account and swtor account as it is defined as against the terms of service

    it maybe recoverable if this has only occurred once , however if it has occurred before the chances of recovering the account are likely nil

    You can email accountdisputes@bioware.com  as it should of been detailed in the original email you received , it may take several days to get a reply

Ahhh that’s brutal but thank you. I’ve sent the email and will wait for the response. Hopefully my characters are still at their levels lol. I’ve got a lot of time invested.
