Account locked, can't call CS
Almost a year ago, my account was locked, which had put me off the game quite a bit. As of late though, I gained the drive to attempt to get my account back, but sadly, my Mobile carrier has apparent...
I use voip myself , there is also skype which is 3cents a minute or if you wanted to chat for an hour is $1.80 See the post here that US number set as a contact in skype (must be a contact) should make it free once setup with skype.
Be sure the number being dialed is correct from a normal type phone it is a bit confusing

Mobile calling is the worst and most expensive way to call just to mention
