Account recovery issues

Hi all,

I've been trying to recover my old account and so far had no success. I know my login, email etc but I am unable to login or change my password as the account still has the physical authenticator attached which by now I have lost.

I have tried contacting EA support but they were no help. I have tried all the numbers for over the phone help and no matter which one or when (within the marked hours) it always says that no agents are available. Is there some other way of contacting anyone in that team that could help me?
