Account Suspended

Tried to login and couldn't. Tried website and it said account suspended. Searched my email and found this:

I haven't submitted a ticket in months and the phone numbers and support links don't work. ( I get it's out of office hours, but ffs, have a 24hr text chat like every other major provider.) I have two factor authentication and always have. There's no reason given for this suspension. This honestly reads like a scam email, but my account is actually locked. Is there any other way to contact them or is my event tonight just canceled?
