What is your swtor username ? will see if CS can have a quick look when online.
One thing to check in this situation is that the swtor username used when looking at this transaction is definitely the same username on the launcher.

My bad. My SWTOR username is Rakruu, and it's the same one I used in both the transaction and the game itself.

If your in a position too give CS a call (Link to Numbers) again , and also ask for compensation for the lost days.
Reason I say this is that the phone lines are open at the moment , and CS here on the forums are not back for about 10 hours.
If they still cant seem to sort this on the phone, then the CS here will definitely need to have a close look at this for you.

@jksdts I had a look into this and it looks more like there is something wrong with your connected Origin account. Please get in contact with the support and they should be able to fix this. Youc an use this site here. Just follow the slides. Should be able to do this via chat as well, there.

So I've been told that the issue was fixed and told to wait at most 24 hours to receive my content. It's been 26 hours now and nothing has changed with my account. I was told to return here to ask for help because apparently they can't help me at Origin. Why have I not received the content I bought using my money and why am I getting thrown back and forth between customer services without actually being helped?
