My bad. My SWTOR username is Rakruu, and it's the same one I used in both the transaction and the game itself.
@jksdts I had a look into this and it looks more like there is something wrong with your connected Origin account. Please get in contact with the support and they should be able to fix this. Youc an use this site here. Just follow the slides. Should be able to do this via chat as well, there.

So I've been told that the issue was fixed and told to wait at most 24 hours to receive my content. It's been 26 hours now and nothing has changed with my account. I was told to return here to ask for help because apparently they can't help me at Origin. Why have I not received the content I bought using my money and why am I getting thrown back and forth between customer services without actually being helped?

@EA_Kat wont be here until Monday
Your Origin / EA account if it has an issue can affect any other account associated with it, in this intance it was your Bioware Swtor account.
The EA support can and should of assisted fixing what ever was wrong with the Origin account , so first question I guess is if that has been fixed ?
The Swtor account is handled by Bioware Support not EA Support and quickest way to get that fixed is to call them (Link to Numbers) whether Kat can assist, now the origin account is sorted I do not know, depending on the reason it will be directed to phone support.

@jksdts I am sorry you got such a hassle with all of that. But it looks like we're on a good way now! Sadly, you won't receive the content as it was purchased when your account was inactive. I am unable to fix this for you and have to ask you to call SWTOR Support. They be either able to grant you the content or refund the purchase so you can give it another try with your active account now.
