Can’t finish the process. Game asks for EA code, supposed to be sent by mail.
5 hours later and dozens of attempts, haven’t received the code.
Any Br player with same issue?
EA doesn’t allow me to open dev ticket support for this issue…

Hello, good evening. My name is Ruan and my login username is taroquitano. Recently, the game started asking for age verification to play. So I followed all the steps correctly and it shows as verified. However, it's been a day now and I still can't log into the game — this red error message keeps appearing. My account name is correct and so is the password. So what's going on? I need help to get this sorted out as quickly as possible. Below are the screenshots. My location is Brazil, and I don't know if the instance is bugged.
I'm having a similar problem. I'm also from Brazil and even after check my age, when i try to login i get a message saying that my password or username is wrong, even when they are correct.
Don't know what to do.

I live in Brazil and after trying to log in the game asked me to do my age verification, which i did, but i won't allow me to log in after that even saying in the swtor website that my account is verified.
