Support have refunded that purchase, so that will process back now
to fix the account, You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona villevool576 (not jorrederre that your presently posting with) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword (insert the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
@proxos666hello same thing happened to me that happened to jorrederre, i reset my swtor and ea password, but 26.99 transaction still shows as open. I got charged 26.99 but got no subscription. My swtor username is richeep.

support said your account is no longer disabled
they cant add the gametime as the purchase is still open , it has been placed in the refund queue to be refunded when it closes
if you repurchase now it will work as intended

I got the money back and was able to add a working subsciption after doing what you said!
I just did all this... i still have the same problem and cant SUB....

if paypal or another payment doesnt work, you are best to call swtor support when the lines are open
