• Reload the game, and if you have the option, click the settings button and try to repair the game (on the launcher)

Alternatively, you can just do a clean reinstall. There's probably a better fix, but this is all I know to suggest. I'll try to see if there's a way to get Kipling's Attention before you do this.

For the hell of it I ran this suggestion.deleted the files as said, defragged my hardrives, and ran the fix launcher. nothing worked. so I guess I have no choice to reinstall the game from scratch.
