@proxos666 My username is "notrevenant" according to my username retrieval via my associated email account, but I don't think I've played since they converted logins from emails to usernames (I last played during Shadow of Revan). I've actually followed up twice with no response still...maybe it's going to the spam folder? Is it possible to send you my associated email privately to see if it all matches? Appreciate the assistance!

CS haven't received any emails from you , are you able to send an email to support@swtor.com from a different more common domain name maybe from gmail or similar ?
