Artifact Equipment Authorization

Hello!

I am a returning player from about a year or so ago. I did some YouTube watching about new things in the Onslaught update, and heard about Artifact Equipment. I also saw from multiple videos that it isn't possible to use this type of equipment without the authorization, which you gain from being a subscriber or from purchasing it in the Cartel Market. I knew I wasn't a subscriber (As I hadn't played in over a year, and the last time I subscribed was only for a month) so I bought the authorization. I am now unable to use the authorization for some reason. Why would I be unable to use this item, even though my account is only at a preferred status? Also, does this authorization go away when you stop being a subscriber?

    It says that the unlock has already been applied to the character. Just to let you know, I bought this upgrade for the whole account, not just one character.

  • @Fraggers92Oh a quick fix on this glitch: test this at another one/new one please. Is it bound already? I hope not. If any new char tells you the same then you have gotten his item already permanent.

    As a subscriber it is un locked. As a free you can use this pack.

    When I bought the Authorization it automatically bound to the character I bought it on, but it will unbind in 2 days and 14 hours.

    If it is permanent, is there any way I can get a refund because I had no clue that I could already use Artifact Equipment?

  • @Fraggers92I think refounding it is possible at the ingame - support. As a payer you get faster replys. Also they can check, if it realy is unlocked accountwhide or just blocked.

    I can't contact them in-game as I am not a subscriber, and their phone number specifically says they do not deal with in game issues on the phone.
