Artifacts in SWTOR after updating AMD to 15.7.1 drivers (and beyond)

@meathooked I'll be honest I have this issue also on 1 of my 5 rigs in the house... It happened with the change to Windows 10 and I will be honest I have been too lazy to do anything about it as it's a load screen only glitch for me for a micro second .. so it comes under the "Ehhh" category for me.

If it helps that rig is an ATI HD7770 X1000T @3.8ishGhz system SSD's everywhere and 12 gigs of ram using the "amd_catalyst_13.4_legacy_beta_vista_win7_win8" drivers.
