Asking me to verify my email, but telling me it is already verified.

I have just started playing the game again, decided I was enjoying it so decided to order a subscription. 

Go to log in after purchasing the subscription, and it asks me to verify my email address again. 
I click the link to send the email, get the email, click the link in the email and I get a page saying that there is an issue with my account or my email has already been verified.

I end task the game, because it won't let me past the character screen without verifying my email address.
Restart the game, only to have it ask me to verify my email again. I try again, get the same response, your email has already been verified and can't get past the character screen.

It is now saying that I have sent too many verify email requests and that I can't do it any more. 

So, I've now subscribed to a game that I can't even play. To say that I'm a little ticked off about this is an understatement!

Please help.
