Attempting to get into Account, no access to Security Key

Hi,

I've been trying to access my old republic account after a few years of not playing. My Security Key is tied to an old phone which is no longer in use and has no way of being used again. Is there anyway it could be removed and i can set it up on my new phone?

I have access to my email if one would need to be sent for it.

otherwise will need to call to remove the key

Hi, thanks for the response, i've tried calling them 4 times today, it really doesn't seem like they actually exist at this point, the number spells out the link for the page you sent

What happens if you try to remove it through swtor.com on your browser per the link above?
As far as the phones all I can recommend is to keep trying. Sometimes if they get overwhelmed with calls it can sometimes not go through. All I can recommend is trying again.
