Attempting to purchase a subscription but getting 409 error code about account

I am wanting to purchase a subscription package but I am encountering a 409 error code about the state of my account.  Strange that I could not login in with my SWTOR credentials so I created an account for EA.  Seeing this through EA is making me fearful that will get this responded to in a timely and professional time period.  Also, this EA account is not linked to my SWTOR account so I have doubts again about seeing this resolved quickly.

I am currently playing the free to play and remembering the feel of the game and the great voice overs.  Game play feels somewhat too easy compared to the early days.  But I would like to see the end game to see how the story progression is.

I would enjoy playing this game but having already going through the headaches of getting my old account usable so I can play the game is not giving me the warm fuzzies to get this problem fixed.
