Authorization: Artifact Equipment (Account)
I have purchased Authorization: Artifact Equipment (Account), but its not working, every character when logged in gets message that it does not have permission to use artifact items. Please advise.

The authorisation from the Cartel Market are Items you have first to claim in the Cartel Market and then to use in your inventory.
I dont understand what I need to do, I simply cannot use any of augmentation purple items, for example, how can I claim it first?
