Automatic Logging Out

I am receiving a message on launching the game that I am logged out due to "inactivity" and am directed to the "help" link on the main page but cannot use it as I am not a subscriber. I cannot access the server with my character and play the character on the server and am continually directed to the link every time I select the server. I can select another server that does not have any characters on it. I do not know what this "inactivity" is as I had just played the character yesterday.

I also just checked an the server with character is now grayed out, cannot be selected, and displays the message "offline" when hovering the mouse over it.

if this a recent issue for you , it is more likely the server is having issues, wait at least 24 hrs and see if it still persists firstup

I see, Thank you. I also saw later that there was a Twitter announcement that there is some sort of maintenance going on this morning as well.

I checked it again and now it is working fine. I think it is fair to say that it was the maintenance. Thank you.
