Thanks for the tip! My computer used NVIDIA for swtor but I "reapplied" it one more time.
The gameplay became more tolerable but now suffers overall fps (along with less but still stuttering NPCs) even on the lowest settings. I played KOTFE on early access yesterday and noticed some lags and fps drop especially during [Heroic 2+ flashpoints] and some cutscenes. I wonder what settings would be optimal for my computer or is it too old for the stuff?
The view distance and animation frames are likely what others are seeing as well , I have seen this reported a lot.
however to try and get the game running a bit better step through the same things here , ignore the windows power option you are on high performance already
The pre -rendered frames may help with stuttering , disabling scale name plates may also help with stuttering if persisting.

Sorry, it's a bit late answer (been playing kotfe xD).
Thanks for your help! I did everything I could, the game is at least playable now, medium settings, unfortunately, and kotfe content is laggy (flashpoints, cutscenes with a lot of NPCs, like in the Hunt chapter), but at least it's not that bad as it was before. I think, I did everything I could at this point)
Thanks again!

Morning, knowing that your hardware settings have changed, did you perhaps see my guide?....
More so the elements where I suggest installing the correct version of dx9.0c
Turning off the Xbox app overlay which is on by default for all Windows 10 (*that Windows Key+ G message you get as you load your games now).
Anyways your call if you wish to have a quick read/look.
