if your account has been banned/account locked due to being compromised, then calling swtor support is the way to get the account unlocked again

if you have been banned due to a TOS violation then calling will not help your only pathway is to email swtoraccountdisputes@bioware.com
Hi, Thank you for your reply. I have no idea why I'm banned, but the support thing is a total mess, even they can't get their bearings. Not to mention they want me to call them - it's a big joke. There's talk of a dying game here, and I generally wanted to come in and play a little. I will not deal with such a thing at all, there are many other current games on the market for me to play. Enjoy
