Your issue is that you do not have dedicated memory to play the game om your hardware.

You need at least 256 dedicate Ram just to play the story the missions on that game.. the virtual machine indicates also that you play on MAC which is not supported.
The game has not been conceived to be playable on that platform, and virtual machines do not work.....
